Page 15 - GTE brand guidelines

At the time of winning a project we begin building a project overview page on the Samepage app. We have found it to be very simple to use on all platforms. Since using this I have notice a considerate drop in phone calls I get form staff wanting information. They all know they can access it themselves. In fact, most of the time I get a phone call or text asking for more information to be uploaded! Below are some screenshots of an example page we have used recently.
Each active project has a folder in here. The coloured bubbles at the top indicate who has access to this folder. In each folder we populate it with anything that may be helpful for the team including H&S information.
Then we begin building a project overview page. The following are a series of screenshots working though the information found on these pages.
Files and links through to other pages are included. It really is simple to use and very intuitive.
