JOB MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS:
We keep things simple by having two ways to manage projects. Firstly is Workflow max. I wont go to far into that here. A lot of information is in the HR manual under administration. Only each job is invoice from here, and all time sheets are entered here.
The second is called Samepage. While writing this we have been told they are discontinuing this service so we are in the process of securing a new provider for this system. I am confident there will be another who does exactly the same.
Ultimately Samepage is a workplace cooperative tool for working together and file sharing. We keep all information that we want to share with our team on here. We also have management only folders. Below is a screenshot of my home page. Full time access to all information we think the team will need to work efficiently. I will go into some more of these folders more below. Firstly I want to talk about the job management folders called Active projects.
