WHY:
Why do we do things a certain way?
Task Analysis (TA) must be filled out and signed for every job and kept on site.
See the following steps for how to develop a TA. You will talk this through with Renata and workmates who will be on the job with you- we want it to make sense to everyone. We all see things differently too- so the more input the better!
Sequence of basic steps/Potential hazards and risks
Number and describe each step from when you arrive to site- to undertaking the task and pack- ing up for the day. This may seem mundane, but legally we have to have everything spelt out in case something goes wrong- this is for your safety as well as GT Electrical as a whole.
Use Step back 5x5 and 7 point analysis to Identify hazards- these will be filled in per each step identified.
