Residual risk assessment:
Reassess using the risk assessment matrix- fill in residual risk assessment column on the TA or note if the risk has been eliminated.
Always ensure that the risk level is lowered as reasonably practicable.
Please remember this is a legal requirement and needs to be signed before work commences.
