Initial risk assessment:
Use the Risk Assessment Matrix to identify the likelihood of a hazardous event occurring and the severity of the harm or illness as a result. Choose the likelihood first then the severity this will give you the result to input on the TA.
Control methods and level of control:
Use the hierarchy of controls as a guide to select the most effective controls or eliminate the hazard. Effectivity is numbered down the side 1-4, being eliminated completely to using PPE to control the risk. Fill in the control method on the TA and the corresponding Level.
