  THE BIG PICTURE
It is time. Over the last 16 years we have built a stable and exciting business. The initial reason to take the first leap into business ownership was to help people and to have freedom of time.
Little did I know that this wasn’t going to be an instant reality. There are always people to help. But this looks a lot more like people having problems they want me to address for them. And they want it done when they want it done. Even if I have planned some freedom time to myself like a weekend or an evening, let alone a holiday! A small business owner is certainly a CEO. Central Everything Officer. When you join our GT Team we will be able to share these responsibilities. You are responsible for delivery of the project on the ground and we are responsible to give you all the tools needed to do so.
Now it is time to get back to my first reasons to be in business but supercharge them. Now our mission is to help you develop into a first-rate business owner, who in turn is creating
a workplace that loves seeing its employees thrive. In helping you we are in turn helping a multiplied number of young people finding a sustainable meaningful carrier as an Electrician.
Business is easy if you keep your eyes open and know what to look at. We keep you professional informed in real time with where your accounts are at. Forecasting workflow and staffing levels. Setting and achieving KPI’s. Admin services like quoting and invoicing, payroll. Below is an outlined list of all the tasks a business owner does. Imagine doing all of them yourself!
The relationship between GT NZ and GT your local is easy. We are the silent partner behind you offering you what you need to succeed.
We have relationships with national providers which we will be tapping into to get you work too. Our vision is to offer nationwide electrical services with one hassle free contact for clients.
