GT GROUP STRUCTURE
This manual is to explain how the interaction happens between the local owner and the GT NZ Group.
GT Group operational layout: In the next section, Responsibilities, there is a breakdown of what tasks each party undertakes. All the areas under GT Group will have multiple people to fulfil that role. As more Locals come on we will be growing our back of house team.
I have successfully run quite large projects with one registered electrician on site and several apprentices working under him. Lets face it the larger the job the more repetitive the tasks are going to be. With our processes system we can skill up green employees quickly. Without your time being taking up with office tasks you will have plenty of time to keep your finger on the pulse.
