 RESPONSIBILTIES
GT NZ:
General manager and franchise manager: (Gareth)
• Brand management and business development
• Marketing and strategy
• National sales, leads and client management
• Nationwide customer ownership
• Reporting back to local owners how they are doing financially, what they could be doing differently, over/under staffed, opportunities in their area to go after, how they can avoid possible issues coming up,
Franchisee manager: (Gareth)
• Franchise support and training.
• Running monthly board meetings for all local owners to attend. (Remotely)
• Working together with local owners to set goals and KIP’s for themselves and their team. Owner dashboard
• Assisting local owner with employment issues. Advising on common issues and supporting through larger issues with the assistance of a HR professional.
Admin tasks/Office management: (Renata)
• Receiving new jobs and setting up new customers.
• Working with Local manager for scheduling jobs/despatch.
• Small client interaction. Mainly service and repairs type customers.
• Support local owner with day to day admin tasks.
• Collate and administrate renewals, insurance, supplier agreements, etc
• Building our HOW, WHY and RU! database.
• Employment contacts, apprentice contracts, etc. arranged and collated for Local owner to execute.
• New staff packs.
• Ordering uniform for staff.
• Vehicle maintenance register. Booking vehicles for WOF. Online rego,
• Marketing delivery
• IT issues.
• Adds for new staff, collating CVs for owner to interview. Follow up
