Step 1
Begin by refreshing yourself on the manufactures instructions. This can always be found under the platform. If it has warn off please notify the office and another one will be installed.
Step 2
Ensure you have correct PPE on. It is a requirement that all GT Electrical you wear the following PPE when on a scaffold. Especially when erecting and collapsing scaffold:
• Safety boots • Gloves
• Hard hat
Be aware of the PPE requirements on the site you are on and make sure you comply. In addition to GT Electrical requirement you may need
• Eye protection
• Hi-Vis vest

Follow instructions for installation.
Stand back and check scaffold is assembled correctly. Check all safety features of scaffold.
Once scaffold is erected and you have checked it complies with the manufactures instructions go and get the GT Electrical site foreman and they will fill in the Safety tag.
