Trade mark protection
Currently, there is no legislation regarding the registration of trade marks in the Marshall Islands.
The best option for obtaining trade mark protection in the Marshall Islands is to issue a cautionary notice. We recommend that cautionary notices be published every two years, and ideally annually.
Patent protection
There is no legislation currently regarding patent protection in the Marshall Islands.
Design protection
There is no legislation currently regarding design protection in the Marshall Islands.
