Color Palette

Golf Course Island Cluster has the following rules for house colors:

• All colors standards are expressed as “Olympic Solid Color Stains”
unless otherwise noted.
• No adjacent homes may use the same color for trim and siding.
• Courtyard fences and sheds must be the same color as house trim and
siding.
• Color changes require approval from the Design Review Board.
