Storm/Screen Doors

Storm doors may be painted the color of the house trim, or color of the front door.

Fences
• Links Court—color of the house (but rear fence may remain unpainted)
• Links Drive—color of the house or, if fence is adjacent to brick, may be Butternut,
Chocolate or Tudor Brown (no unpainted fences!)

Deck Colors

May be stained the trim color, or
allowed to be “left-to-weather” if entire deck is replaced.
