Decks

• Decks must have a setback of a minimum of 2’ from both adjacent lots
• Deck sizes may be: 10’ D x 12’ W, 12’ D x 12’ W, or 12’ D x 14’ W
• Elevated decks may be 14’ D (for walk-out basement properties only)

Decks/Railings

NOTE: Railings for rear upper-level decks and walk-out entry stoops are made of aluminum, white finish; no wood railings.
