Stipulations:
• Shutters and doors must be painted the same color.
• Homeowner may choose an equivalent paint color from an alternative paint manufacturer, as a close
match.
• Homeowners may choose from the siding, trim and door/shutter color palette, but it must not be
the same as their immediate neighbor on each side.
• DRB application and approval is required (staff level) for any color changes.
