Fences

Stipulations:
• All fences and gates must be horizontal on top and must be stepped or sloped if the ground
slopes;
• Wooden fences require 4” x 4’ posts with a 2” x 4” rail extending over the top post.
• Gates must match fence in design, details, dimensions, material, and color.
• Gate hardware must be painted to match fence or remain its original metal color.
• All wood fencing stained Olympic Solid Stain, color: Beige Gray or Quarry Stone.
• No fence installed by cluster shall be removed by homeowners.
• All fences shall be maintained by the cluster association.
• All wood fences must be painted color: Beige Grey, and
• Townhomes on Beacon Heights must conform to Beacon Hill II cluster standards

Gate:

• Must match the fence in design, details, dimensions, material, and color.
• Gate hardware must be painted to match fence or remain its original metal color.

Lattice:

• Must be wood, stained to match house siding
• Must be square, not diagonal, consistent with the fence standards
• The edges must be framed
