3. The solid 6-panel and solid flush panel doors and trim (not front entry doors) must match
the approved house trim or siding color
4. That door screens must be the manufacturer standard for the installed door and match the
approved door color; and
5. That the overall dimensions of the door opening may not be changed unless individually
approved by the DRB.
Garage Doors:
Must be stained to match the house siding or trim
