Front Entry Door:

• No door kickplates allowed
• Doors are finished using Minwax "Fruitwood" #241

Patio Doors:

• Sliding patio doors: two side by side, single light, full view panes, consisting of a fixed pane and a
sliding pane
• Hinged patio doors: two side by side, single light, full view panes consisting of a fixed pane and
hinged pane (atrium style door) or two hinged panes (French style door)
• Hinged single door: one single light, full view, solid 6-panel (no glass) or solid flush panel style (no
glass) hinged door

With the following stipulations:
1. That al glass must be clear or low-e with no grilles, decorative glass etching, or other
decorative glass applications on or between the glass panes (mini-blinds or cellular shades
between the fixed panes of glass on full view glass doors is permitted)
2. That patio door trim must match the approved house trim color
