Decks
Railings:
• Metal railings are to be painted to match the trim of the house
• Railings must be welded pipe railing, no picket railing allowed
• Access may be via spiral or wood stairs; wood stair railing must match deck rail
• Ground level deck rails must be consistent with upper level deck railing standards
• No portion of deck to extend beyond plane of side wall(s)
