Decks

Material:

• Pressure treated wood in one of the below stains. Note: color palette is for deck
flooring and exterior steps

• Composite materials for flooring and exterior steps
o With the stipulation that: any change to deck materials be submitted for review
prior to installation and that the material color match the approved color palette
for decks, and;
o That composite materials be used for deck flooring and stair treads only.
• Cedar siding on decks is to be painted to match the color of the house siding
