Storm Doors:

• Andersen Series 3000/4000, frame colors: "Almond" for houses with beige siding
and "Sandtone" for houses with gray siding
With the following stipulations:
• That self-storing doors may not be installed;

• That the doors be full view glass, without grids
• That the glass be clear, not colored, and have not decorative etching; and
• That the storm door handle color/finish match that of the existing exterior
hardware.

Beacon Place Houses only:

• Full view glass storm doors
With the following stipulations:

• That the maximum dimensions may be top rail width of 4”, bottom rail
width of 4.5”, and stile width of 4”
• That the frame color must match the approved door trim color;
• That the storm door sweep must be the same color as the stiles, rails, and
surrounding entry door trim;
• That the storm door must be full-view glass style with no dividing structures,
muillions, ect.;
• That no self-storing storm doors are permitted;
• That the glass must be clear with no decorative or etched glass, and may be
thermal or monolithic (single pane); and
• That the color of the storm door handle must match the color and finish of
the existing exterior door hardware.
