• Dimensions 10’ x 12’, 10 x 14’, 10’ x 20’ with the long dimensions abutting the rear face of
the house; no portion of the deck should extend beyond the plane of either side wall.
• Exposed structural framing must be concealed behind a 2 x 6 or 2 x 8 trim piece.
• Stairs should not extend beyond the side of the house; railing must match deck railing
