Privacy Screens
Free Standing:
• If the privacy screen matches the house siding, the lattice channels and Dividers must also match the
house siding or one of the approved trim colors
• If the privacy screen matches one of the approved trim colors, the lattice channels and dividers must
also match the approved trim color.
If part of the understructure of a deck:
• If the privacy screen matches the understructure of the deck, the lattice channels and dividers should
match the deck understructure or the deck railing
• If the privacy screen is one of the approved trim colors, the lattice channels and dividers must also
match the approved trim color
• If the privacy screen is left to weather, the lattice channels and dividers may be left to weather or one
of the approved trim colors.

Trellis/Arbors

• If the trellis/arbor is attached to the exterior of the home, the color may be: to match siding,
or one of the approved colors for trim
• If the trellis/arbor is incorporated into an existing deck railing, the color must match the
existing deck railing
• If the trellis/arbor is incorporated into the existing deck understructure, the color must match the
existing deck under structure
• If the trellis/arbor is free standing, the color must be left to weather naturally, match the
siding color, match one of the approved colors for trim, Home Depot Behr Imperial Gray #PPU26-
02, Benjamin Moore Charcoal Slate #HC-178, or Sherwin-Williams Web Gray #SW7075
