Color

• Left to weather naturally.
• White to match house trim
• Composite material- closely matching natural wood or white painted wood or other existing
fence.
With the following stipulation:
o A DRB application must be submitted for Staff approval, by the homeowner of the composite
fence

Fence Design

• Gothic picket. 48” maximum height
• Pickets must be 1 x 3 stock or 1 x 4 stock. Spaced 3” or 4” apart. Finished
side to face street or adjacent property
• Gate to match fence
• Visible hardware must be flat black color
• No portion of the fence may extend forward of the rear face of the house
• Fences should be built along property lines to avoid gaps between fences
