Awnings

The cluster does not recommend the use of awnings; awnings on rear decks or patios might be considered;
awnings that are visible from the street are discouraged.

Basketball Backboards

Permanent installations, whether free-standing or secured to a building, are not acceptable due to space
limitations. Portable backboards, stored out of sight when not in use, are acceptable.

Chimneys

Any added chimney must conform to the original design of the cluster.
