The cluster encourages energy efficiency and supports the use of solar panels but requires that integration of
solar panels into the architecture of the cluster take aesthetic considerations into account. To be reviewed on
a case-by-case basis.

Storm Windows

• Frames must be made of metal, white in color
• Size must align with existing window units
• Integrated units with replacement windows are acceptable

Swimming Pools
Permanent in-ground pools are discouraged due to limitations of lot size; however, if applied for,
must be reviewed by a panel of the DRB.

Tree Removal
Any application for removal of a living tree must be submitted for review by the chairperson of the
Cluster’s Landscaping and Maintenance Committee, prior to requesting signature from cluster board
person and submission to DRB.
