Gutters/Downspouts/Rain Barrels

• Location: (gutters must be located so that runoff does not adversely affect adjoining properties; drain hose
additions/extensions must be buried, if possible)
• Design: (gutter systems which include caps should have a simple design with a low profile and be finished in the same
color as the gutters)
• Color: (gutters and downspouts must match the color of the siding; if caps are used, it must match the color of the
gutters)
• Rain barrels: (may be included at bottom of downspouts; the design, color, material, and size should be chosen to
minimize visual impact; they should be located as discreetly as possible, preferably at the side or rear of property)

with the following stipulations:
The addition of a water barrel requires a Design Review Board application.
All existing gutters and downspouts not in conformance with the above must be brought into conformance
upon substantive repair and/or replacement.

HVAC/Trash Enclosure

• May be full height of 4’
• 1” pickets over solid plywood
• Stained to match house color
• If brick front, can be color light “Saffold Way Beige” or entry inset color
• If brick front, can be color dark red Duron “Chestnut Brown”
• Pickets may also be left to weather
