Storm Doors

Storm doors are full view or self-storing, painted to match the front door

Windows and Doors Trim Capping

May be Vinyl, PVC, Aluminum, or Composite, with the stipulation that the trim thickness not to
exceed the original size, or a typical 5/8 inches.

Front Entry Doors

• Smooth slab, plain, single, or double
• Masonite, full-lite, clear, or frosted glass
• Masonite, 1 vertical lite, 8” clear or frosted glass, left or right side per elevation
• Masonite, 3-lite, clear, or frosted glass

Stipulation: All replacement doors must be painted in conformance with the DRB-
approved exterior color palette in cluster.

Models shown below are manufactured by Masonite. Homeowners can use any other
manufacturer that matches the cluster approved designs.
