• Composite material approved for deck flooring and cap rail only.
• Decks may be left to weather or a combination of left to weather and approved
color, as long as an entire element (i.e. flooring) is the same color. The DRB
further notes a railing cap rail may be treated as a separate element and be a
different color than the rest of the railing (i.e., left to weather railing with a
composite cap rail).
