Design

• Pressure treated pine or cedar, 6’ 4” height, horizontal boards.

With the following stipulations:

1. That the fences be left to weather naturally (colorless sealant may not be used);
2. That fences be constructed in conformance with the design specifications
submitted (please see design sketches below)
3. That fence post have a minimum separation of 4’ 2” on center and a maximum

separation of 6’ 8” on center
4. That the horizontal boards be staggered on enclosure fences only.
5. That gates be 3’ 6” wide, finished to match the fence design, with a cross
support on the interior;

6. That fences be constructed with the section flat and level, and stepped to
accommodate any change in grad (the bottom of the fence may follow the grad
or be steeped; the steps should not exceed 12” at top or bottom) and;

7. The gates be hinged from section of fence with two post in line with the gate.
