Windows

All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the
Design Review Board.

• Single hung, slider, awning and fixed windows
• No grids

• Color: Dark Brown or Bronze

With the following stipulations

1. The fame dimension of the replacement windows may vary +/- ½”
from original windows;
2. The new windows exactly match the existing in overall dimensions;

3. The new windows match the existing in frame color;
4. No trim capping be installed; and
5. The new windows have no muttins and mullions (grids) to match the
existing.
