Front Landscaping
• Concrete, brick pavers or a combination of concrete and brick pavers
With the following stipulations:
1. Garage units my have a maximum increase of impervious surface on the left side
of the driveway, 2.5’ on the right side of the driveway and 1’ in front of the existing
star landing per the submitted site plan (please see below);
2. Units with recreation room access to front yard may have a maximum increase of
impervious surface up to 5’ total for front walkway and a maximum increase of up
to 12 x 5’ total for the front patio per the submitted site plan (please see below);
3. Four bedroom units may have a maximum increase of impervious surface in the
front yard as indicated in the submitted site plan (please see below) and;
4. A DRB application be submitted for review prior to installation.
