Fence Design

• Board on board with trim and cap board to match existing
(boards overlap no more than 1” to retain appearance)
• Solid board fence with trim and cap board

Trash Enclosure

• An application must be submitted to RA for Staff-Level review.
• The gate be constructed to match the sides of the enclosure in the photo
below.
• The enclosure height be 46”
• The enclosure be attached to the house.
• The dimensions be a maximum of 4 ft x 6 ft and that the smaller
dimensions be toward the street.
• The enclosure and its gate be constructed of full width boards.
• The enclosure be painted to match the siding.
