Front and Rear Light Fixtures

• Light fixtures are of simple globe or pedestal design.
• Wall lantern design, Mission style with the stipulation that fixtures fit within
16” high (at the base) and 10 inches wide.

• Light or motion sensor-based automatic switches may be added to front and
rear exterior light fixtures (see example). Sensors must be no larger than 5”
high, 4” wide, and 3” deep. Cables between the sensor and the light fixture

must not dangly freely.
