Rear Fence

• Rear fence may be 6’ or 3’
• 6’ fence can not extend more than 10’ from the house
• 3’ fence can extend to within 2-3 feet of the property line
• No fences can run from side property lines to side property lines
• Rear fence shall be slat design to allow ventilation

• Cap-boards, trim board, and support posts must conform to front fences in
size, materials, and color

Gate

• Gate must match fence in Material, height, design, and color
• The gate top is to be straight and flush with the top of the fence
• The bottom of the gate is to be 4” from grade
