Skylights
Skylights approved as standard, skylights must be flat and mounted parallel and perpendicular to the
roof ridge. No more than 2 skylights on the front and no more than 2 on the rear at a maximum size
of 30”x60” color: “Terratone”.

HVAC
Board-on-board HVAC enclosures allowed (Must be no higher than the unit it encloses and
painted to match house siding).
