Windows

All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the DRB.

Approved standards

• Andersen Fibrex Gliding and Picture Windows.
• Andersen Perma Shield Gliding Patio Door in "Terratone". All windows on any one elevation must be
the same.
• Renewal by Andersen, or any different manufacturer, sliding glass door "Terratone''.
• Frame may have a maximum width of 3 inches.
• Trim capping (not to exceed approximately 3.5”, vinyl and aluminum, smooth finish, color:
“Terratone”) on rear window and sliding glass door trim elements.

Stipulation:
• That trim capping is permitted to extend beyond 3.5” to reach the adjacent walls for rear lower inset
windows.
