Homeowners may choice any shutter and door color as long as no two adjacent properties are the
same color combination and all components of the house are not painted the same color. Trim,
shutters and door may be the same color but must contrast with siding color.
Gutters and Downspouts
Gutters and Downspouts should be painted to match the house trim.
Fences
Privacy fences may be board on board or semi-open fence styles, left to weather naturally or stained
with Olympic semi-transparent “Cedar Naturaltone”.
