• CertainTeed XT 30, XT 25, asphalt shingles, colors: Cedar Brown, Timber Blend, Oakwood
• Tamko, asphalt shingles, colors: Weathered Wood, Rustic Cedar, Rustic Redwood, Tweed Blend

 Homeowners may select any manufacturer and style or color as long as it closely matches the
cluster approved shingles in cases of shortage of supply. Close match of non-standard
shingles requires submission of a Design Review Board application.
 The roofing products can be used in combination with any siding colors in the cluster.
