Windows

All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the

Design Review Board.

Window Configurations

• Single frame, 5’ wide x 4’ tall and 2 pane sliding window
• Single frame, 6’ wide x 4’ tall and 2 pane sliding window
• Single frame, 3’ wide x 4’ tall and 2 panel sliding window
• Single Frame, 5’ wide x 2’s tall and 2 panel sliding window (which may be
increased to a height of 3’
• Single frame, 1’ wide x 6’ tall non-operating picture window

• Single frame 4’ wide x 4’ tall single frame non-operating picture window (may
be converted to 2 panel sliding window)
• Replacement patio doors may exceed 6’ in height with DRB approval
• Replacement kitchen window dimensions may exceed original kitchen
window dimensions with DRB approval

Sliding Glass Door Configurations

• Single Frame, 6’ wide x 6’8” tall, 2 panel (either left or right operating panel)
• Single frame, 9’ wide x 6’8” tall, 3 panel (with center operating panel, sliding left or right)

Transom Windows
6’ wide x 3’ tall (2 pane, 3’ tall x 3’ wide, mullioned) to be installed above
6’ wide x 6’ tall (mullioned windows only)

Trim Capping

• Trim capping color must match the house (siding) color.
• Any window type or function may be used as long as replacement
windows otherwise conform to all standard design (e.g. material
color, dimension) requirements.
