Fences

General Information

• Posts must be placed a minimum of 4’ apart
• Fences installed on property adjacent to cluster common ground (e.g. for end units) require DRB approval
• Rear fences may be a height of 3’ 6” or a maximum of 5’
• All fences must be stepped to accommodate grade.

All homeowners with prior DRB-approval for their existing fence must comply with the above standards
upon substantial repair, replacement and/or repainting;

AND

All homeowners not in compliance with the above standards and without prior DRB-approval for their
existing fence must comply with the above standards at the time of sale.

Front Fence Design

(Maximum 3’6” height)

• Boards: 1” x 6” and 1” x 4”
• Boards spacing: ½”
• Posts: 4” x 4”
• Cap boards: 2” x 6” top, 1” x 6” corner post, 1” x
4” intermediate post
• Color to match house color
• Maximum 6’ between posts
