Stipulations:
• Front entry doors may be painted any color from the DRB-approved color palette and are
not limited by house siding color;

• All homeowners with prior DRB-approval for their existing color must comply with the
above standards upon substantial repair, replacement and/or repainting; and
• All homeowners not in compliance with the above standards and without prior DRB-
approval for their existing color must comply with the above standards at the time of sale

Doors and Windows
• Dimensions: (trim width for vertical trim or height for horizontal trim must not exceed 5/8” more
than the original trim width or height)
• Materials: (vinyl, PVC, or aluminum)
• Color: (to match house siding color)
