               Stipulations:
                   •  No two adjacent properties be stained the same color.
                   •  All siding be stained the new color at the same time.
                   •  All homeowners with prior DRB-approval for their existing color must comply with the
                       above standards upon substantial repair, replacement and/or repainting; and
                   •  All homeowners not in compliance with the above standards and without prior DRB-
                       approval for their existing color must comply with the above standards at the time of sale.
                   •  Exterior sold stain paint products are permitted.
                   •  Color matches are permitted for the DRB-approved stains or paints.

                                                  SW 6076, Turkish Coffee




               Stipulations:
                   •  All applications for trim must match the above standards with the exception of downspouts
                       which may be painted SW 6076, Turkish Coffee or painted the house siding color;

                   •  All homeowners with prior DRB-approval for their existing color must comply with the
                       above standards upon substantial repair, replacement and/or repainting; and

                   •  All homeowners not in compliance with the above standards and without prior DRB-
                       approval for their existing color must comply with the above standards at the time of sale
