Composite Materials:

Composite Cladding (such as glass fibers, polymers, polystyrene, and graphite) including but
not limited to ‘Ascend’ may be use if it meets the following criteria:

• The finish must be similar to wood, with textured siding and smooth trim.
• It must be of equal dimensions to the existing standards for wood and fiber cement
siding options (7" exposure, 8.250" width)
• It must be installed in horizontal alignment.

• Siding and trim must be color-matched with the Walden standard paint colors for the
house's brick color as follows:

Almond matches approved siding color for Brown Brick houses.

Monterey Sand matches approved siding color for Grey Brick houses

Pebble matches approved color for Red Brick houses.

• All siding and trim on all elevations are to be replaced at the same time with the
approved material.

All composite siding materials must follow the color schedule above.
