Side/Rear Fence
• Color: Olympic Solid Stain “Russet”.
• Fence must be stepped to accommodate any change in grade. Fences are to
be wood (not composition).
• The boards must be the same dimensions as boards of the current style of
approved fence in the cluster.
• That the beveling be at the bottom of the fence (not top).
