Windows

Replacement windows must be submitted for DRB staff approval

• New windows are to match existing in dimensions, configuration and style.
• There are to be no grids on the windows or patio doors.
• All windows are to be replaced at the same time.

*Black window frames are allowed, however, any window or patio doors that are replaced or
substantively repaired must be replaced with windows or patio doors that are framed in white, per
the above standards; Black window or patio door frames are not a standard option for replacement
and/or new installations.

Exterior Materials

• PVC or wood panels under windows in front location.
• Painted to match the Southgate Square Cluster approved color palette for
exterior colors (See Color Palette).

Cluster Standard Windows & Patio/Sliding Doors

• Thermal Industries: "Dreamvue" Series; White; no grids
• Thermal Industries: Euroweld 51 Series; White; no grids
• Thermal Industries: 900 Series; White; no grids
• Please note: “Safari Brown” windows/patio doors (color) are no longer
allowed – ONLY white is the new standard going forward.
