Gutters and Downspouts must match the window color, or white. White gutters may not be installed on
home with brown windows

House Numbers

• Individual digits: (approx. 4” H, metal, color: brass, black, or
silver)
• Plaque: (approx. 5” x 5”, metal, color: blue, number color:
white)

Stipulations:

• Numbers be installed in front fence location and/or front door-
adjacent location.
• Individual digits to be installed horizontally on front door-adjacent
location, and vertically on front fence location.
• Individual digits to be either Sans Serif or block-type style.
• Numbers in both locations must match in style, color and size.
