There is no cluster standard for replacement windows. All window replacements require an
application to be submitted for review by the Design Review Board.

Windows

• Andersen and Renewal Brand
• Frame Color: “Terratone

• Match existing over all dimensions
• Sliders, not double hung
• No muntins and mullions (grids)

Skylights

• Domed skylights “Brown” or “Bronze” to match roof color
