House Numbers

• Serif or sans serif individual numbers not to exceed 6 inches in height.
• Numbers may be plastic or metal; black, dark brown, brass, or silver in color.
• Number color should contrast with house siding color.
• Blue plaque with white numbers, available at Webb Signs in Fairfax

Mailboxes

Roofing

• Existing roofs with prior DRB approval do not need to be replaced.
• Replacement roofing colors must be approved by Wheelwright Cluster Board if approved colors are no longer
available.
• 3-tab shingles and architectural shingles may be used as long as they match the DRB-approved color
• Entire roof be replaced at the same time with the approved material

HVAC

• HVAC units may be located in front within trash enclosures or in rear of property
