Windows
• Front elevation windows have grids (muntin and mullions).
• Rear patio doors and lower elevation windows do not have grids.
• The DRB requires that the style of windows be consistent (with or without grids) on
each house.
Trim Capping/Cladding
• Trim capping/cladding (coiled aluminum or vinyl) must match the house trim color
and must not extend beyond the sill or moldings where it meets the brick (or
shingles) of the house.
• Capping on bay windows (square or oriel) should be shaped to cover the box of the
bay.
