Stipulations:
• No caps, trim, or end pieces may be added to the balusters, and that the balusters be black
• Railings must match the stain or composite color of the deck flooring
• The entire railing must be replaced at the same time with the approved material
• Decks on the same elevation must have the same railing style
• The railings must meet Fairfax County code
